The rooftop bar of Old Montreal’s new hotel William Gray has officially opened to the public and the sights are unreal. Views of Place Jacques-Cartier, Habitat 67, the Saint Lawrence and so much more await thirsty locals all summer long. Food comes courtesy of Maggie Oakes Executive Chef Derek Bocking and leans heavily on refreshing seafood creations.
