This Sunday, Terrasse Bonesecours hosts the 8th annual Montreal Oysterfest. In attendance, the shining new Montreal restaurant, Maggie Oakes! This year, the restaurant joins the slew of local eateries for an oyster extravaganza. And knowing crustaceans will be a-plenty, Maggie Oakes’ Executive Chef Derek Bocking whips up something a little different. Stop by the carnivore-friendly kiosk for some smoked brisket with Grimbergen beer BBQ sauce and Southern-style grits! Pair the meat with some Caesars and seafood and you’ve hit peak late-summer indulging.
