Inspired by Montreal’s vibrant culinary scene and American bistros and steakhouses, Maggie Oakes is a vegetable-forward market grill, overlooking historic Place Jacques-Cartier in Old Montreal. Chef Derek Bocking’s thoughtful cuisine blends his passion for garden vegetables and big meat with a commitment to our local farmers and purveyors.
Nestled inside the boutique Hôtel William Gray, the restaurant is open continuously throughout the day, serving breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch, dinner, and late night.
Designed by Camdi, Maggie Oakes is dressed in marble, walnut and brass, and boasts an impressive dry age meat cooler, large glass wine cellar and a unique green wall for the chef’s herbs and micro-greens.
Maggie Oakes also features a stunning long gray marble bar with oyster and charcuterie station. And a great cocktail list to boot.
