Thursday, April 12 , 6:00pm to 8:00pm – Verses Restaurant proudly hosts the Bulles, Foie Gras et Chocolat launch event in Hôtel Nelligan’s beautiful atrium. Savour a variety of deliciously-crafted foie gras appetizers, enjoy a state-of-the-art chocolate sensory exercise (the brainchild of master chocolatier Geneviève Grandbois) and pair it all with a tasting courtesy of Domain Chandon Sparkling Wine and Cryomalus Ice Cider.
