Located in Hotel Nelligan, Verses Restaurant has become one of Old Montreal’s hippest and trendy restaurants is one of the trendiest restaurants in Old Montreal. With a market fresh cuisine assembling Quebec’s finest meats and fresh produce, the menu is composed of such specialties as marinated duck breast, Oysters, pan-seared duck foie gras, Quebec lamb three ways, and rack of deer.
